Late Thursday night, the pop star dropped a surprise new single, I Don't Wanna Live Forever, with Zayn Malik.

Senior Entertainment Reporter Alicia Adejobi will be on Victoria Live on BBC Two and the BBC News Channel today (9 December) at 10.45am talking about Taylor Swift and Zayn Malik's Fifty Shades Darker single. It's a surprising step from an artist who doesn't exactly make anyone's idea of mood music and who generally prefers to keep her image on the squeakier side of clean.

"I Don't Wanna Live Forever" appeared in the USA iTunes Store just before midnight in the United States, eastern time.
