As much as E3 2017 is about new games and occasionally new hardware, sometimes it's about new ways to play games on the hardware you already own as well. The game will also secretly give one player a secret objective (hence the name), that could put them at odds with the others.

During its livestream in the lead-up to its big E3 conference, Sony announced PlayLink with the goal of bringing people together socially and through co-op experiences who might otherwise not play games.

"PlayLink games turn your smartphone or tablet into a versatile controller - you can swipe, pinch, drag, tilt, rotate or even snap selfies and draw crafty doodles, depending on the game". Also happening will be secrets sent to each players phone that gives them an agenda, other players then need to figure out what it is these players have up their sleeve. Sony PlayLink will be available to PlayStation Plus members at no additional cost starting July 4th. As an initial initiative, Sony has packed the Playlink with five games - That's You, Hidden Agenda, Frantics, singstar celebration and Knowledge Power. This makes the game heavily reliant on trust.
