Thanksgiving is nearly upon us and that means Black Friday deals will start popping up any day now.

The Whole Foods store in Rochester Hills will be among a handful of stores across the country to host a staffed Amazon pop-up store. These pop up shops will also help the interested customers to know more about the various services that Amazon offers and the memberships that are available on Amazon Prime.

Now, more than 100 stores will sell products including the Amazon Echo, Echo Dot, Fire TV, Kindle e-readers, and Fire tablets.

Shoppers at Whole Foods stores will soon be able to pick up tablets and other electronic devices while they grab their groceries.

The e-commerce giant, which bought Whole Foods Market earlier this year, will be rolling out Amazon-branded pop-up stores inside the grocery locations by the end of the year, including in a number of Bay Area stores.

The Seattle-based company says that Whole Foods stores in Chicago; Denver; Rochester Hills, Michigan; Davie, Florida; and Pasadena, California, will open Amazon pop-up stores next week. The new Echo Plus will get a $30 discount, and various Kindle models will also see price cuts of up to $30. Amazon teases that Alexa is ready to give out some Thanksgiving-themed jokes, too.
