Singer Ed Sheeran is engaged

Ed Sheeran and Cherry Seaborn

And while die-hard Ed fans may anticipate the release of numerous future albums, it seems the 26-year-old isn't quite as sure of that.

Grammy-winning singer Ed Sheeran says he will quit music once he starts a family with fiance Cherry Seaborn. "'I am going to be like, 'I do not really care anymore as I have another life to take care of, '" he said.

"It is totally understandable because you have children and your ambition shifts to be like, 'I want to be a good father.' he added". But it's not really up to me. Sell 15million albums? What do you do on your next album?

"I have always wanted to study and play in the States, and Duke was the ideal combination of academics and athletics", she said in a 2013 interview. He is also reportedly now working on his fourth album, which is rumored to be his last.

"Got myself a fiancé just before new year", Sheeran wrote on Instagram. But they were separated when Seaborn left high school to attend Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

The notoriously private couple first met as pupils at Thomas Mills High School in Framlingham, Suffolk, and have been dating since mid 2015.

Meanwhile, this new interview comes after Sheeran announced that he is engaged to Seaborn on Instagram over the weekend.

Despite their different career paths, the pair came together in 2015 when they bumped into each other in a bar in NY.
