With protests against the movie still continuing, it is apprehended that the movie may not do good business in the coming days, once the initial excitement fizzles out. The actors too have been praised for their performances, particularly Ranveer Singh with some saying that the movie truly, only belongs to him as he has overshadowed everyone. What I think some edit was sure shot happened with the film. All this led to a situation where people, including those who are not fans of Bhansali's extravagance, just wanted to watch the movie. The film has spoken for itself like you have seen the reactions to the film. "That is in a way the best response we can give, through the work that we do", said Deepika.
